Forum Posting Agreement and Guidelines
myVendi.com ("myVendi") provides the myVendi Forum for its
users to communicate with each other. A degree of professionalism is required
from those who post messages to the Forum. The basic guidelines for our Forum,
to which users must agree, are explained in this document. myVendi may change
the terms of this agreement, which are part of the
myVendi Policies, at any time.
It is your responsibility to access this document whenever you visit the Forum
to determine if there have been any changes to the terms of this agreement. By
using the Forum, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the
terms of this agreement and the
myVendi Policies, including the changes. If you do not agree to be bound
by this agreement or the changes, you may not use the Forum.
Users are responsible for their own communications and the consequences of
posting those communications. Users agree that they will NOT: (a) use the Forum
for any purpose in violation of local, state or national laws, (b) post material
that is copyrighted, unless the user is the copyright owner or has the permission
of the copyright owner to post it in accordance with the terms of this agreement,
(c) post material that reveals trade secrets, unless the user has permission from
the owner of the trade secrets to post it in accordance with the terms of this
agreement, (d) post material that infringes on any other intellectual property,
privacy or publicity rights of others, (e) post material that is obscene,
defamatory, threatening, harassing or abusive to another user or any other person
or entity, (f) post sexually explicit messages or images, (g) post unsolicited
advertisements or business solicitations, (h) post chain letters or pyramid
schemes or (i) impersonate another person. myVendi will fully cooperate with
any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing myVendi
to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
myVendi does not represent or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability
of any material posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Users
acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at their
own risk. myVendi does not screen communications in advance and is not
responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. Although
myVendi may from time to time monitor or review postings, myVendi is under
no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the
content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander,
omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy
contained in any information within the myVendi Forum.
Obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing or abusive information is not allowed
and will be removed if myVendi's editors have actual notice of and reasonable
grounds (as determined in good faith by myVendi in its sole discretion) to
believe that the information is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing or
abusive. myVendi's Forum can be used as a means to find sources for products
and services. Commercial users are invited and encouraged to respond to the
inquiries of participants, however, unsolicited postings that advertise products
and services that are not in direct response to the inquiries contained in posted
messages are not allowed. All unsolicited commercial advertisement is subject to
removal from the Forum in myVendi's sole and unlimited discretion.
Posts from users may contain information on links to sites on the Internet that
are owned and operated by third parties. myVendi is not responsible for the
availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. If you
choose to proceed to an external site, you proceed at your own risk. myVendi
does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted
on the Forum and reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. Any
content placed on the Forum are the views of the user posting the statement, and
do not represent the views of myVendi or its parent company KHK Consulting LLC.
Users grant myVendi a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and nonexclusive
license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform and
display materials posted by users, alone or as part of other works in any form,
media or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense
such material through multiple tiers of sub-licensees. Furthermore, myVendi
is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any
communication you send to the myVendi Forum for any purpose whatsoever.
myVendi reserves the right to remove postings for any reason in its sole and
unlimited discretion, including for violation of this agreement.
